Sadly at the moment I am not living with my gorgeous partner and we have over a hundred and eighty miles between us (we are working on that to change it though believe me lol).

He loves Lynx products for day to day usage and because he stays with me as much as possible, when I go out and do my shopping I usually buy him things as he loves his smellies.

This I spotted the other day costing a pound (on offer) for a bottle instead of closer to nearer two quid a bottle and knowing that he loves it I decided to grab him a couple as a small treat. Missing him like I do, when I have a late night shower before returning to bed alone I sneakily use his products to remind me of him. Sad eh? lol.

I couldn't wait to get my mitts on this dark temptation one cos he always smells slightly of chocolate after using this and says his skin is great and after-all if it is good enough for him its good enough for me i reckon lol.

The Packaging:

This comes in a black plastic tall and oblongish in shape bottle that has a grey flip top style lid to the top of it and on the front of it there are some brown chocolate coloured swirls on there and we are told that it is Lynx Dark Temptation revitalising Shower Gel. On the back of the bottle we are told a bit about the product, ingredients and the size is listed (which in this case is 250ml) and contact contact details for Unilever (the manufacturer of the product are given).

Using It:

Well the gel squeezes out of the bottle with complete ease and is smooth and a transparent light browny colour and is runny but not too runny but not a stiff, thick gel either.

I find that I really don't need to use very much at all to get a nice thick foamy body wash and it smells simply divine!

I can't say it smells particularly chocolaty on me after using it but it is sweet and sort of dark and its a very nice and fresh scent indeed and to me has an undertone of a musk fragrance giving it a nice base. Once used this fragrance lingers on mine (and my boyfriends skin!) for hours and in a very subtle way.

This not only smells good it really is cleansing and leaves mine (and my boyfriends) skin feeling really soft. So much so that if I used this everyday I bet I wouldn't need to use any kind of body lotion as it really is just very skin kind indeed and we've had no adverse skin reactions to this at all.

A little of this goes a very long way indeed, it rinses off easily and although I love the scent of this on my better half, on me it is a little to manly which is a shame as I love the way my skin feels beautifully soft after using it so come on Lynx think its time you brought out a girly range so we can enjoy the benefits too don't you!
