Now even though I don't wear lynx I decided to do an op about it as well....you men wear it and we lil’women love it!!! You have all seen the ads and they have always (well me) made me chuckle all the time because it makes the men believe that if they wear it there IN CONTROL OF THE BIRDS. It is only of the few ads that makes you go and buy it and also it makes you laugh every time you see it The thing is with me I like my men to smell good and lynx does what it says it makes them smell great!!!

THE CAN The can has always been black and through the years has always changed its style from the Florissant scribble lines to the different ‘aztec’ like worlds okay there in the name i.e. Atlantis, Inca etc. So now they have brought out a new can with a ‘sugared’ black from the old ‘shiny’ can (easy way to describe). They have also brought out new graphics to represent which smell is which. Obviously they do it by colour Pulse is greeny yellow, Atlantis...Blue etc. But the pattern with ‘pulse’ is a ‘circled’ effect maybe its trying to represent a ‘pulse’ type thing but that doesn't matter. Now they have also improved the way you spray it by using a ‘push forward’ button then duh it comes out, now i have watched the first time my boyfriend used it and he was a bit miffed from it not working when he just tried to push it but as they say try try again so he did what it actually says on the side of the can;
1. Slide button forward 2. Push down and spray
How great it tells you what to do so for the “not so smart” men they will know what to do NO NO WAIT When does a man actually read instructions hehe
Side of can has the directions of use i.e. not sticking it up your nose, at the bottom of the can it says SOLVENT ABUSE CAN KILL INSTANTLY good that its there, Has its ingredients then has with an exclamation mark “LYNX DEODORANT BODY SPRAY HAS A UNIQUE MASCULINEFRAGRANCE. EFFECTIVE DEODORANT PROTECTION AND A LONG-LASTING FORMULA...NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE SMELL” So its long lasting no wait (turn the can) its 24-hour.
That is a great idea as after a while especially when your out clubbing you tend to get smelly (no not meeee) and then you wont get the many pull scores you want (well the people who still go out to do that) Now I don't know with the rest of you girls but what really turns me on is two things (when im out clubbing) If they can dance and if they smell good if a guy walks past me and i can smell he after shave or deodorant if it smells good I think mmmm who was that .....normally turn round and its either some horrible eight legged idiot or...my boyfriend hahaaaarrr...But its something that is a great deal to me as they can to me ‘good sense of (smelly) style’ and smells also bring up good memories
THE COMMERCIAL The new commercial for the new lynx is (my simple text of explaining) A not so good-looking guy at a pub standing by the bar ‘funky’ music comes on and he walks to an open space and starts to dance two girls in the background notice him dancing and join him and start to be his, (my word) his dancing bitchs all because of his Deodorant. I really like this ad, and the lynx ads do work. The reason for this is because they are not actually putting it on the ad and saying buy this they are using an approach which shows a man getting what he wants from what he's wearing underneathe....lynx. Its proved that they work from the millions of cans that they sell. Ive always enjoyed the commercials even though in a sense they are ‘down minding’ the girls but who cares I don't
THE SMELL The new smell....hang on.....(spraying it and sticking my head through the mist).......It actually reminds me of Africa abit its nice but its the same as the others to be honest. They do all have distinctive smells but the new one...it does smell similar. It also smells abit soapy like the bubbles you have in the bubble bath the smelly atmosphere when you have the bubbles in the tub. (hmm echo). Obviously that's my thoughts but i still like it and im sure you lot will too.
Everyone has there favs mine personally is Inca it reminds me of the one of the best years of my life, and really that's why we have these great smells to remind us of our past and alot of the time our ‘old flames’ or our ‘holiday flings’ (I actually made my bloke mates buy it). Could be why they have brought so many out because if they just had one you wouldn't have the great memories.
Although this op is mainly suppose to talk about pulse... the lynx deodorant cans are I think the best they have brought out for men, and they do get rid of the sweaty smells and what some men have the BO thing going on... God this one guy I knew he always always always smelt of BO we couldn't understand why he couldn't smell it so one christmas his mates bought him lynx and sprayed it on him just incase he didn't do it himself...i think that was the day he realised he was a tad...did i say tad...i mean ALOT....STINKY WINKY okay there may be one can i don't like
