I carve my own tikis and take great joy in sewing my own 50's style dresses. some are even from original 50's patterns!

The tube the lipsticks come is is sturdier than alot of lipsticks on the market. I've had high-end ones crack on me before, so I was pleasantly surprised that this tube was thicker. The color range is fantastic on the MAC lipsticks, but I do find them quite drying after an hour or two. The range of textures and colors they have is just amazing and there is definitely a combination for everyone. I love them so much they are the only brand of lipstick that I wear. The packaging is sleek, minimal, and quite professional looking. I also love the slight vanilla scent in these lipsticks, very nice! Although, according to my boyfriend, they taste a bit like playdough. Personally I can't taste it. The lipsticks also last forever! I use mine pretty much on a daily basis and it's been going for a good 4 months now.
My favorite lipstick of all time is Russian Red (a true rich red but must be used with a lip liner!).
