Undoubtly one of the best balance transfer cards on the market (although be careful of the low minimum repayments, which can make it a little difficult to clear the debt).
Generally near the top of the balance transfer tables for new customers, MBNA are also pretty flexible if as an existing customer you need to get your hands on some short term additional cash offering periodic offers and (depending upon your credit track record) relatively low ongoing rates.
The only other big draw back is that they seem to be charging a 2% handling fee for balance transfers as a general standard now which can make them more expensive.
Customer service has, from my experience, always been of a high standard with any enquiries dealt with promptly.
