Advantages: Value for Money, Easy to Use, Good Motivation Disadvantages: Proper Trainers Are Expensive
Following a knee injury I decided it would be better to have pair of running trainers instead of normal everday trainers for going out jogging. I heard about this Nike+ iPod Sport Kit and bought it along with Nike+ trainers to go along with it.
~~~What is it?~~~
The Apple Nike+ iPod Sport Kit comes with a small sensor which fits under the sole of your left Nike+ running shoe, or if you don't have Nike+ trainers then you can buy a pouch which can be tied to your laces, that the sensor is placed in. Along with the sensor you also get a wireless receiver which plugs into the bottom of your iPod.
Supporting Material
Also included is a self-test disc, which has multiple choice questions in the style of the exam. These are useful to go over the material in the book, and to find what you need to look at more.
Required knowledge before you start
I'd say ...
So begins *The Core* and from the word go the tension, pace and suspense barely lets up.
I sat down to watch this movie expecting a typically cheesy "American heroes save the world" bonanza - and that's exactly what I got. Except I found it thoroughly entertaining and enthralling from the moment it got underway until the James Bond-esque conclusion.
In a way that can only happen in a typical disaster movie, the Earth's core has stopped rotating, bringing with it ecological and electro ...
