Advantages: good computer Disadvantages: no manulas, poor tech support
...Earlier this year we got a new mesh computer, it was reasonably priced and had many features. After setting it up by following easily to use instruction we could use it straight away as all the software was already installed. Then we started to have problems with the sound and graphics card, which we were unable to fix, as we were not supplied with any manuals, which would be an obvious thing to do. But after ringing Mesh support many times we were finally told we were not getting any manuals! So how were we meant to fix the problems? They gave us little advice so we had to contact the manufactures of the cards, after many phone calls the problem was fixed. Apart from this set back the computer has been perfect with no further problems....

Advantages: No advantages Disadvantages: Too many to mention
...We purchased our Mesh Computer in July 2004. It wasn't delivered until 17days later, which didn't concern us as we were told when we ordered the desk top that it was going to be built for us to our specifications so would take a bit longer.
We took delivery on Friday 13th August (bad mistake!) in the afternoon. The computer was really easy to set up - it had come with easy instructions on how to set it up.
I managed it all by myself and then came the big moment, I switched it on. Let me just say, the reset button is on the front of this computer and by the end of the weekend until Customer Support lines were opened on Monday it got used a lot.
Their customer...

...I ordered this computer 7 mouth ago that was faulty on arrival.more than 30 calls to mesh tech and customer service and 3 engineers one of which un built the system then realized he didn't have the correct parts so he rebuilt the system without reconnecting the power suply.then more than 20 calls to mesh and emails to customer services before mesh agreed to replace the computer so at this point I have had a unusable computer for 5 mouth and 4 full days of work
almost 2 weeks later I was told by mesh my computer will arrive on Friday it didn't arrive 3 more calls to mesh and I was told it will definitely arrive on Saturday it didn't arrive. two more days of work for nothing
I called back on Monday to be told that the computer may have gone to the wrong address and that it was on its way back to mesh
3 weeks on it was delivered...
