I ordered this computer 7 mouth ago that was faulty on arrival.more than 30 calls to mesh tech and customer service and 3 engineers one of which un built the system then realized he didn't have the correct parts so he rebuilt the system without reconnecting the power suply.then more than 20 calls to mesh and emails to customer services before mesh agreed to replace the computer so at this point I have had a unusable computer for 5 mouth and 4 full days of work
almost 2 weeks later I was told by mesh my computer will arrive on Friday it didn't arrive 3 more calls to mesh and I was told it will definitely arrive on Saturday it didn't arrive. two more days of work for nothing
I called back on Monday to be told that the computer may have gone to the wrong address and that it was on its way back to mesh
3 weeks on it was delivered to me with missing back rubber feet and the cd drive is making a strange vibrating noise it was not doing this before I sent it back. another 3 calls to mesh tech
mesh never apologized or offered me anything for the disgusting length of wait before the situation was rectified.
I asked for a free upgrade to bring the computer up to date as compensation this was the mesh customer care answer.PC technology moves way to fast for a company to offering the same equipment at the same price 7 months on, normally you will find the prices drop on a monthly basis. One of the worst things you can do after buying a system is check what's available the following month as what you bought is bound to be found cheaper even from the same company. We would not be willing to consider a further upgrade a this timemesh think they are a reputable company with customer care I have seen no evidence of this care I can only advise anyone who is thinking of buying from mesh to go elsewhere because if things go wrong then the paying customer will have a mesh nightmare trying to get even the most basic support

(+) cool and quite robust trackpad, good display,64-bit windows 7 (-) few connectors, dell drivers only, not realy for gameing (most models), finger print prone!
Your not the only one i wouldn;'t trust them i have made around 40 calls to mesh about their service, i bought a computer from them in January and it has been with them twice & not worked properly since it came, last time it went in it came back in a worse state and i had to wait a week before they came for it again. Not surprised you had a bad time with Mesh support. Their prices and specs are excellent but if something happens with the machine once you've got it, you're in for a long struggle. My PC's motherboard died 2 years into the 3 year warranty. It was eventually replaced with one that I don't think is as good - the PC occasionally switches itself off for no apparent reason but I'm not about to try and go through them again to solve it - I'll end up buying from a different manufacturer in a year or two's time. And does someone at Mesh collect the rubber feet for charity? Mine came back with three of the four missing.... why?
