Great little ipod! Advantages: Great little ipod! Disadvantages: no This is a great product. I am new to Mac in general and iTunes, so I found it only natural to buy an iPod. I chose this one due to the radio tuner. I run and ride a lot so the radio is great for me to get music as well as local news. The tuner is great. I use an aftermarket earbud set that is more comfy than the ones the sell with this iPod and they work just fine. I also use the Nike +, sensor and pedometer every day. I find the calibration to be ... ...do more benchmarking on its accuracy though..screen orientation setting is important here I think. I bought an aftermarket rubber sleeve for it and it has been great for protecting it. The playback sound is great. The modes of selection of music is easy. The alarm tones are not very loud so using it as an alarm clock or timer really doesn't seem reasonable. Ipod Touch ASTONISHINGLY BRILLIANT Advantages: touch screen, easy to use, great piece of technology Disadvantages: min interface ...to tell you about the apple ipod touch 8GB. firstly im going to start with the main interfase. the main interfase is what you see when you push the home button and when you start up the ipod touch. it consists of downloaded apps and features that are on the ipod touch. it looks very nice however there is not many things that can be customised to suit you in the main interface.* next there is the app store. if you have ever seen an advert for the ... ...have but through the preferal apple headphones the sound exceeds expectations. the overall design of the ipod touch is very unique in many ways however the chrome finish on the back is a magnet to scrathes and fingerprints. this can easily be avoided with a protective cover or case. the ipod touch also includes free wifi near any wifi access points. the ipod also has the youube app pre installed so you can watch whatever you want whenever you want ... iPod Touch, brilliant all rounder. Advantages: Great All rounder Disadvantages: Inbuilt speaker aren't very good. Its really good. The combination of the music player and large screen video player with the new web surfing capabilities and the 'apps' make this the best music player on the market. Its really useful with all the apps that you can get and so many are free. The sound quality is by no means amazing but unless you have really expensive speakers and really good ears you won't care. Its really easy to use and the touch screen is really good. Also the ... ...course it look nice. However a few bad points. Firstly the speakers are awful! There tinny and you never want to listen to music on them. However it does add something to the ipod making it better in some way.
