My favourite present to myself ever
Review of Apple iPod touch 16 GB by
lilmissmup
Advantages: Internet in my handbag, huge storage capacity
Disadvantages: Battery drains quite quickly, Not scratchproof on back
I brought the Ipod Touch as a Christmas present to myself last year and what a present it is!
I previously had a pink Ipod mini which was my present to myself for my 21st a few years ago.
It was a lot more expensive when i brought it but worth every penny in my opinion, I didn't want to be tied down to an Iphone with a contract this was the next best option as it has nearly all the same features.
My favourite thing about the Ipod touch is the ... ...onto WiFi networks when i am out and about, i am not a fan of laptops and having instant internet access in my handbag is something i love.
I use Safari for researching places i am visiting, checking weather and most importantly connecting to my web based email provider, i also love that i can watch BBC programmes via the I Player and i often spend hours in bed watching programmes and catching up.
Obviously the I Pods main function is to play music, ...

Ipod Touch 32gb.
Review of Apple iPod touch 32 GB by
rfm767
Advantages: Big Music Storage, Awesome looks.
Disadvantages: Price
This Ipod is extremely nice looking and easy to use, just as the iphone it has the touch screen interface. Only it lacks the phone, camera and GPS. With it's 32gb capacity its the ideal choice for the music lover, because you won't find 32gb capacity iphones (just 16) and you can let it alone playing music in a party while not worrying about phone calls. I've had it for about 4 months now and absolutely love it, it has never failed or had any problems, ... ...all (the "delicate" looking glass screen can survive alomost any scratch without getting any marks), though i use a protective case which i also recommend you buy if your gonna have this baby. Extra feauters include WiFi internet, Youtube, Contacts, Agenda, Calendar, Alarms besides the Music and Video playing capabilities. The Box also includes headphones which sound amazing, an usb cable tu plug it to your computer and a leather cleaner.

Get this product its genius :D
Review of Apple iPod 30 GB by
Lemonylime
Advantages: Pretty much everything over its competition
Disadvantages: Volume, but i have yet to find a louder brand
This product is genius, I cant leave the house without. It plays music really clearly without any tinniness, and it has never once failed or broken (I have had mine about a year now).
The battery lasts forever (at least 3 hours, plenty enough for most boring car or train journeys). If you are considering buying this product i would say a definite yes, go for it! It far outshines its nearest competition, because it has perfectly clear videos, photos, ... ...use mine in free lessons to watch movies with friends- way cheaper and less risky than bringing in DVDs, and you can now get earphones which divide 4 ways so you can all hear. The only slight issue i had was that the volume could have a louder setting, as in a noisy room it can be a little hard to hear, but it is plenty loud enough for most situations. This is definitely worth the money, so get it people :D ...

Oracom ORC 200 128 MB MP3/Memory Stick
Review of Oracom ORC-200 256 MB by
JaYmEZ
Advantages: Great size, portability, and ruggedness
Disadvantages: See review.
Oracom ORC-200 128MB MP3 (MP3 only) Player www.oracom.co.kr
INTRODUCTION:
Firstly this is a MP3 player with 128 MB onboard (non expandable) memory. In essence the music on your computer encoded using MPEG Layer 3 (MP3) encoding can be taken off your computer hard drive and onto this little device where you can listen to them as if it was a cd player or cassette player etc.
I was first looking for a present for a friend of mine ... ...computer” open window as the Oracom MP3 player (Note on some systems it will probably come up as “REMOVABLE DISK”. When you double click on it you open a window which has 3 default folders which I advise you NOT TO DELETE! These folders are 1) Logo – where all custom logos are stored, so you can enter this and quickly delete or add pre-made logos. 2) Music – this folder is where you should put all you MP3 files. Any MP3 files outside of this file ...

Creative Zen Micro
Review of Creative Zen Micro 6 GB by
KitsuneAndy
Advantages: Size, Sound Quality, Value for Money
Disadvantages: No native Windows Vista compatibility, Customer Service when outside warranty
The player itself is fantastic, easy to use, great sound quality and a perfect size for carrying in your pocket.
There are a couple of things that bug me about it though, which I'll run through:
1. When adding songs if you select 'play' instead of 'add to selected' the player will immediately start to play everything in that folder, wiping out whatever was already in your playlist.
2. If it gets even slightly damp the control surface stops responding ... ...They don't come with native Windows Vista support, you have to upgrade the firmware. Which can only be done with a Windows XP machine and even then, having the latest version of Windows Media Player can cause connection issues.
Hardly anything to put someone off buying one though, they're excellent value for money and as long as nothing goes wrong you'll be happy with your purchase.
Things started to go wrong for me when the player was 18 months ...
