AIGO
-------
Aigo were established in 1993. They produce high tech gadgets such as removable storage and audio equipment. The first time I heard Aigo was on the side of a racing car on Formula 1 racing. The company however is very good and is getting a better reputation with consumers. They put a lot of time and commitment into research and marketing and many of their products are well suited to their market.
APPEARANCE

... ...to fit in the hand. It is quite lightweight. Due to my love of pink I loved the appearance of this however if you are not fond of pink there is another model in black. It has a small ring at the top to place on a key-ring or lanyard. I have mine on a lanyard so that I do not lose it. The USB connection is covered with a pink lid/cap so that the MP3 player looks smooth and professional. he main buttons such as stop, forward, back, play and stop are ...

baby pink mp3
Review of Aigo A203 512 MB by
Laura893
Advantages: looks cool
Disadvantages: bit out of date
Now I know that are more advanced mp3 players around, but this is great if you want a simple to use and reliable product. It also looks attractive in baby pink, making it appealing and stylish. It is not the slimmest of products, but it's small and compact enough to fit in your pocket without being uncomfortable. It has a decent size memory, allowing for quite a few songs and is good for not skipping when in the middle of your favourite song, so ... ...running through the park.
By also having the hold button, it makes sure that there are no changing tracks whilst you are bopping along. It has some features, such as random, repeat and intro scan, so you can mix up your music. The equaliser is also good, especially if you want a bit more bass. This MP3 player is also pretty good for playing for a long period of time before the batteries need replacing. Overall, I wouldn't say it was the most effective ...

Not bad for the pennies
Review of Aigo A203 512 MB by
alisonbcrawford
Advantages: Cheap, small
Disadvantages: Limited features
I bought one of these last year for my boyfriend, and he raved about it so much I bought myself one. It's a great little player that offers some simple features and is a great entry level player.
Features - Appearance - nice matt black finish with chrome-style notes. Simple, understated.
2.0 USB - quick to transfer files, works with all PC's I've used and plugs straight into USB ports - no cables need. No specialist software required
Voice recorder ... ...something you'd use to record music perhaps, but suitable certainly for recording spoken word. Radio - not terribly good reception, wouldn't choose player for this function, but it works. MP3 playback - good sound quality, easy to use navigation functions. Can use 1 level file structure (any more and the data gets lost). Has options for graphic equaliser, but didn't make much difference really, but sounds good enough not to notice too much. Headphones ...

Nice looks and good sound
Review of Aigo A203 256 MB by
NicoB
Advantages: Nice and small
Disadvantages: slow transfer to PC
This MP3 player has a fairly good sound quality, you can choose between 5 different equalizer settings (pop/jazz/rock/classic and normal) The supplied headphones are oke for the average Jo I guess, but it is lacking the good bass sound, I would get a new pair of headphones for just that little extra listening pleasure. Have a good think about how much memory you want, this model is available with different ammounts of memory but the memory is not ... ...pritty good sound quality. The unit has a nicely blue backlit LCD display and easy controls. A single AAA battery is needed as powersource, which will last for about 5 hours according to the manual, I'm using rechargable batteries which last a little less (about 3 - 4 hours) but with the size of these batteries its not a problem to put an extra one in your pocket. Overal a good player for most people! ...

Best Toy a Traveller Can Have
Review of Logitech mm50 Portable Speakers for iPod by
Cemiess
Advantages: Small, light, great sound, well built, look good, extremely portable!
Disadvantages: Strange volume issue, remote
It's not often you see a set of portable speakers that churn out such a good sound without having the word "Bose" written somewhere on them. These however, although they're not going to cause much upset to the Bose share price, sound just great. Reading other people's reviews on here I can't seem to understand what their issue is with the sound quality. Sure, the bass is a bit "thuddy" when the volume is right up, but the overall clarity of the sound ... ...listen to all genres of music, and they all sound wonderful at all but the highest volume. For portability these are fantastic. I bought them in Australia and took them backpacking around the world, they're very compact and light, and come in a nice protective zip up case. A pair of fold out feet keep them upright and allow them to be no more than an inch and a half thick when packed away. The battery life is amazing, and if you run out, simply plug ...
