MSI Megastick 256mb Advantages: Size, Logos, Bundled Accesories, Durability, FM Radio, Voice Recorder, Microphone, Battery Life Disadvantages: Limitied Capacity. USB 1.1 This, isnt a bad little player, its small, light and packs features. -------SIZE------- First of all, the size, its about 100mm wide, about 30mm deep and about 20mm high. Okay so, for a pendrive its relatively chunky, but for a flash based mp3 player, though not the smallest its not bad. Its unbelievable light, and you don't even notice that you're carrying it half the time. The screen is a good enough size to see what you're listening too and ... ...if they dont fit on the screen. ----------LOGOS---------- You have the ability to customise the player by changing the bootup logo from one of the 12 supplied, it ranges from seasonal events to birthday banners, so theres something for everything. Good all rounder Advantages: Easy use of navigational stick, night light, nice size, neat design Disadvantages: No memory setting for effects On buying this item you realise that the instructions are useful and the player is easy to use. The nav toggle stick is a nice idea and works well for getting you round the options available with the menu system. Advantages: You get all the usual effects, Rock, Pop, etc... Battery life is average with mine lasting about an average of 8 hours before recharge. Voice recording is limited with any background noise, but the fact that you are able ... ...make up for it. The earphones give good quality sound and are designed very well as to not get in your way and limit the amount of cable used. The night light for the display works well and looks quite cool too! A nice sized product with a slim design. Disadvantages: The only real problem I have with the product is the limited space for music files. Good, but lots of room for improvement Advantages: Great features Disadvantages: poor quality screen and navigation I bought this MP3 player in the hope that it would be the final answer in my quest to kill the iPod. Sadly i was let down. the screen is very poor quality colour and yes you can put pictures on it but there is very little point! it also accepts motion JPEG format picutres but i didnt manage to find anything worth putting on there in this obscure format! Music playback is not great as you have to select the folder you wish to play and as there is ... ...for the pocket to change tracks. the joystick navigation is not great as you have to scroll through the folders one by one, and if like me you have alot of artists in the collection, this can take a minute or two! On the bright side, it has a direct line in recorder for directly encoding MP3 files from a stereo or other MP3 player and an FM radio built in so those features do help it slightly when comaring to the ipod. also this player comes at ... I-Pod touch is a great invention Advantages: Look, features, sound, quality, durability. Disadvantages: Allow time to get used to sliding through lists of music I received the I pod touch for my birthday a year ago. I still have it working perfectly without any issues at all. I love all the features about the I-pod touch. I even have it wake me up with my I-pod alarm system. It looks fantastic, and the amount of features available to it are absolutely amazing. Dosent get much better than this! Advantages: Amazing for Mp3/Mp4 functions and amazing for gamily . Range of features are brilliant ! ! ! Disadvantages: the speaker is a very poor addition to the 2g ipod touch, very tinny Ipod touch is a revolution for MP3 players! The touch screen interface is very very user friendly, my 7 year old couzin can easily manage to navigate himself round the touch scereen interface with no problems. The range of features on all Mp3 players do not even come close to the amount of features you can have on the Ipod touch, with the addition of the app store you can access many of your favorite games which you thought could only be found on ... ...for speed, call of duty, fifa and many more! The sleek design of the ipod is really nice to look at. And as fragile as it looks i have dropped it many of times and its still in perfect condition but i would recomend buying some sort of silcon case because thats proberley the reason why my ipod hasnt broke.
