Tiny but packs a punch! Advantages: Cheap, small, nice speakers Disadvantages: Difficult to navigate, Buttons are hard to master, lacks good sound quality The new addition of an inbuilt speaker made this guy irresistible. For its tiny size the speaker actually doesn't sound too bad. Sure it isn't a full hi-fi system, but it comes in handy when you have friends around want to show off the tunes you listen to. The screen and navigation on this thing isn't easy at all, in fact i think its a little complicated. But you can get used to it(not exactly rocket science). The compact design means that its really ... ...life is also small, it only runs for about 14hours before it dies. Besides that, the sound quality on isn't really one of the best. in my point of view its actually quite loud but lacks substance. This is also one of the cheapest players out there. Samsung YP-U3JQP 2GB MP3 Player--Comact, great sound quality! Advantages: Small, great colors, FM radio, voice recorder, design, battery life Disadvantages: Small capacity ...really did not use my Samsung 2GB MP3 player for very long, but in the time I had it, I found out that it is extremely durable and has magnificent sound quality. I sat on it and dropped it so many countless times and it still worked. It had a deep bass sound, which is great compared to the tinny sound many other MP3 players give you. It also has an LED light on the end of it, which adds to the sleek design. I also liked that it was very small and ... ...on it. Another great aspect is the voice recording. This MP3 player says it holds up to 1000 songs, but in all reality it's really probably only up to 500. I got about 400 on mine. Most people these days have a lot more music than that, so it's probably not the best choice for most. Samsung YP-U3 1GB - Half the size, more music Advantages: Small and discreet with an array of features at a low price Disadvantages: at 1GB, bigger players can hold a lot more songs, not perfect for people who need more storage ...be transferred!. The Samsung YP-U3 1GB has a battery life of up to 15 hours which is absolutely amazing compared to older mp3 players which operated on AAA size batteries which lasted for roughly 3-4 hours and needing fresh batteries. For a player of its size, it can hold a fantastic 500 songs in mp3 format and of course almost double in wma format. Cosmetically, it is very attractive and user friendly, with touch sensitive buttons and colour screen ... ...conclude, in my opinion, the Samsung YP-U3 is a fantastic overall mp3 player with a great array of features and quality at an amazing price. The Reliable and Trustworthy IRiver Advantages: Relaible, Cheap, Quick, Easy to Use, Easy Connection and Useful Features Disadvantages: Lack of Games Features i bought my 6 GB Iriver H10 two years ago for £80 and it is worth every penny. I didn't want to buy an Ipod as i had heard they involved a lot of software and connecting, adn so i opted for the IRiver as it uses Media Player and connects with one cable. The transmission speeds are very good anda full album can be sent over in 2 minutes. i have dropped it several times and the battery has never become loose, imy screen is undamaged and unscratched ... ...it. The reformatting of the IRiver is quick and very easy and the other features of the IRiver are very useful. I use the text for reading short stories and i use the radio to listen to my favourite frequencies.
