Review of "MPS Motorcycle spares and accessories"
Compared to many other motorcycle spares and accessories catalogues MPS offers far more in the way of products and service. The company was established in 1979 to offer the cheapest possible yet high quality products to other motorcyclists. Based in Newton Abbot they still offer a fast service and value for money 24 years later. Many of the products offered are exclusive to MPS only.Catalogue Layout

The productsA few items I have bought in the last few years are
Muc-off Bike Cleaner. This is one of the company's bestseller products and is priced at a reasonable £6.50 for a 1-litre bottle. Muc-off is a product that removes grime and grease, does not stain the plastic and is very easy to use. I just spray it on and then rinse it off again after just one minute. If you read the review this far I think you will agree the title is very fitting although it was not my idea so I take no credit for it.Throw over soft, leather luggage that expands to the size of hard luggage. I eventually invested in some hard luggage panniers earlier this year, but the throw over bags wore well for a few years despite being used for motorcycle rallies on a regular basis. I actually ruined them by taking them off the bike and placing them next to a very hot exhaust. The price you would expect to pay for a good set of throw over luggage is £90.00-£100.00.
My most recent purchase is a Full-Face motorcycle helmet. I had seen this ROOF helmet advertised in our local motorcycle shops Riders, Bransons and V&J at an average price of £285.00 so thought it was a bargain when I found MPS catalogue selling them for just £199.00. Although this may sound expensive to some people I do ride my motorcycles on a daily basis so for safety sake I consider it a good investment for a few years at least. How do you order?

Simply fax through the completed order form with your credit card details.
Online service via the web site is available 24 hours a day. The web site is three years old. The great feature about the web site is the ability to ask technical questions about the products once you register with them. www.thefastone.co.ukDelivery
Normal delivery is £3.99 and for an extra £2.00 giving a total of £5.99 you can have your good delivered between 6pm-9pm. I do not mind paying the extra cost to ensure I am here when the goods arrive. Most of my neighbours work full time and getting parcels delivered is difficult as there is often nobody at home to sign for the goods. For small items you will have your parcel delivered by first class using the Post Office. For larger orders MPS use the 24-hour delivery service of Parcelforce.
An evening delivery service is available for an extra small charge.
Returns are free as long as you phone for a returns note to send the goods back. All goods being returned must be faulty or incorrectly supplied in the first place. If you wish to return items that do not fall in this bracket you must fund the returns yourself.
The ServiceA telephone call will be made to notify you if you delivery is delayed.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
The biggest mail order range in the UK
A free news leaflet mailed direct to you
Gift vouchers that are available from MPS in £5.00 or £10.00 increments are a suitable gift for any motorcycle enthusiasts in your circle of family or friends.
