My Travelling White Angel (MSi WiND)

Advantages: Connects instantly to previous networks; 1kg easily carried; WindowsXP; Big Keyboard; Bluetooth
Disadvantages: Pre-installed Office 2007 Professional w/60-day trial; MSi Q-face; Function Key

to Lidl) showed me that a 10" screen was a possibility, although I did not like the small black keys on the available option (the only WindowsXP OS offered), and I wasn't sure about the size of the text on the screen. I did not have the £300+ available to pay as a lump sum either. Ideally, I wanted to keep my Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (having mainly used Word, Excel and Picture Manager on the laptop), but I knew that was a highly unlikely possibility. Mainly Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 was being recommended at Staples (and included as a special deal), but I wasn't quite sure what was being offered, and wasn't able to ask the questions to which I needed answers. . Then an e-mail from a 'portal' site directed me to CDiscount.co.uk on the 8th July 2009, where the MSi WiND was offered. I received an introductory ...

Review of MSI Wind PC

MSI Wind U100 Notebook

Advantages: Battery life, Size
Disadvantages: Pixels on the screen

I bought my MSI Wind around a year ago, I have since fallen in love with it, bbut come to hate it on occasions! It is brilliant for the creation of Word Documents and is a good way to carry about my Business documents, however in terms of Pure processing power, it falls down flat on its face. The MSI Wind boasts a Dual Core 1.6 GHz processor (which means 2 800Mhz Cores). If the processor wasn't a dual core, I dont think it could even run windows! The second drawback would be the screen pixels. A little over 10 inches is the perfect size for a Laptop screen in my opinion. However, the MSI Wind has sacrificed the number of pixels to create this smaller screen. The screen is 1024x600. Which means that games that require a minimum of 1024 x 768 etc, will NOT run on the laptops native screen, and thus you will have to plug it into ...

Review of MSI WIND U100

Small and light Netbook MSI Wind U100

Advantages: Bluetooth, Wireless, good batery, Operating system, Card reader, light, Normal keyboard, cheap
Disadvantages: Sensitive Touchpad, Delicate Led Panel

In my opnion this little thing is very useful and helpful but only in work. How do I put it. Let's start from the begining. 1. I bought MSI Wind about 4 month's ago. For first sight it's small, light and convinient. It's rather created for buissnes women. It has own etui and it fits to a medium size handbag. 2. Keyboard is the same as in standard notebooks. 3. Another plus is that it has Microsoft Windows XP or if you prefer Linux. 4.It has a bluetooth, Wireless, card reader, 3 USB, internet camera and microphon 5. Battery hold about 3,5 hours. Top up battery you need about 2 hours. 6. It has LED panel, but it is very delicate. I had one problem with it but i have a gurantee door-to-door and that's why it were repaid in very short time. 7. I like playing mmorpg like LineAge II or world of warcraft and I was affraid that my favorite ...
