I bought my MSI Wind around a year ago, I have since fallen in love with it, bbut come to hate it on occasions!
It is brilliant for the creation of Word Documents and is a good way to carry about my Business documents, however in terms of Pure processing power, it falls down flat on its face.
The MSI Wind boasts a Dual Core 1.6 GHz processor (which means 2 800Mhz Cores). If the processor wasn't a dual core, I dont think it could even run windows! The second drawback would be the screen pixels. A little over 10 inches is the perfect size for a Laptop screen in my opinion. However, the MSI Wind has sacrificed the number of pixels to create this smaller screen. The screen is 1024x600. Which means that games that require a minimum of 1024 x 768 etc, will NOT run on the laptops native screen, and thus you will have to plug it into an external monitor.
Although on a positive note the notebook is brilliant. No matter what people say, or expect, you are Paying for a notebook, which is designed to be portable and to create small documents, excell sheets and surf the net wirelessly. So if you are just after a laptop that works, and not requiring the processing power (like some of the new <3GHz Quad Core Computers) This is the laptop for you!
