The M-AUDIO KEYRIG 49 is a fantastic bit of kit when you are trying to lay down a new backing track it has all the basic features including mod wheel, pitch control and even its own volume control so you can change the level of the instrument you are using on the music production software that you own....
I personally own this product i use this everyday and have never found a single problem with this.....
it works with most music production software, such as Proppellerhead Reason 4, Cubase, Fruity loops, Logic Pro
In my opinion i belive this product is great and is worth the money, and from my point of veiw a home studio is not complete with out one because i think that they are fantastic easy to use and overall FANTASTIC ...

M-audio keyrig 49 is a fantastic midi keyboard i use it on a program called propellerhead reason because i am all into music
when i first got this m-audiio keyboard i was really excited and the excitment just carried on and on while i was plugging it in and while i was installing it i was so excited and as soon as i started playing on the keyboard it was the most fantastic peace of equipment all the was down to the octave selection key very easy to use fantastic peace of deigning looks for me are the best just plain and simple
if there had to be a problem with it. it would have to be the software that they give free with it called keyrig not the best software ...

The M-Audio Fast Track Pro is all round a fairly good piece of kit.
I originally bought mine as my very first audio/usb interface to use with my Macbook and Logic Pro when I first started university, 2 years ago. I am now in my final year, and have progressed up to using Pro Tools (M-powered, as this is the only version supported by the Fast Track Pro.) I have to date used the fast track pro to create semi-professional projects.
The sound quality is, I have to say, very good for a £120 interface, although I have had problems attempting to get a decent input signal strength, especially when using the built in phantom power.
However, the integrated phantom power is effective, even when the unit is powered solely by USB, although the option for mains power is available, though the adapter is not included in the box. I got a universal ...
