I am a happy member of the O2 community and have been for a number of years. In January this year I thought I would treat myself to a new phone (belated xmas pressie to me!) and stray away from my usual Nokia make and be a bit more loyal to the O2 company.

Advantages: Small, Stylish Design, Good Sounds, Some good features Disadvantages: Poor Camera quality, lack of accessories, ringtones etc
I bought the O2X2 last year (October 2004) for £129.99 at The Link in my local town. I wanted a clamshell design phone with a few features that was small as I am quite small myself! I bought it on the same tariff that I was using at the time which is the O2 PAYG tariff with 300 free text per month and 300 free WAP minutes - though you have to top up by £10 per month in order to keep your free texts, I have found this to be a good value tariff for me as I spend a lot on text but not a great deal on calls and I find it reassuring to know that I can text as much as I like without have to worry about the cost.
