Advantages: Vast range of stores Disadvantages: Some duplicate stores
and the store is very big and perhaps on the biggest they offer in the centre Mk. Perhaps a nice comet store nearby or a Pcworld would be that big store but perhaps they are not the sort of store to find in the Centre Mk anyway.
Books and Stationery
-----------------------------
They offer books and stationery stores such as Whsmith and Waterstones and there are more there.
Waterstones is a very big store and so is Whsmith because they are two of the leading book stores in the country and they are there and easy to find and you cannot miss either of them. The waterstones store I believe has 2 floors of items and so does Whsmith so it shows you how big they are.
I do find however annoying is the centre Mk in the books and stationery section has got two Clinton Card stores and to me that is not needed. You have one and get rid of the second store ...
Advantages: Small, Cheap and easy to fix Disadvantages: cheap quality, very old now so will go wrong
people I know had many problems with the 1.1 fiesta.
~ Performance ~
Well errrrrr, i'm sure on times I had cyclists going faster while I had foot to floor. On a private road or race track you would get 100mph out of it providing there were no gradients and wind was behind you. The acceleration was pretty poor but you are talking about a 1.1L size engine, even my friends Nissan micra 1.0 could beat it.
As mentioned before you could increase it's performance by adding sports exhaust, sports air filter, adding larger carburettor, etc. To be honest I don't see the point on a 1.1, maybe a 1.6 or above.
~ Cost and Running costs ~
Back when I bought it, the car cost £300 in a private sale, it has a rusted door that needed replacing and minor rust work so managed to haggle to £280 as £300 was my limit and gave me £20 to fill ...

Advantages: Practical, roomy, comfortable, agile, economical, rapid. Disadvantages: Avoid tatty ones and don't pay too much.
I now own a white 1997 Mondeo Zectec-e GLX. It goes like a dream. I bought it in Oct 2008 for £595 privately with 64,000 miles and history.
It's comfortable and I feel safe driving it, I would recommend at least GLX/ Zetec spec or higher. The gearshift is long, the steering wheel easy to grip.
The boot is massive, great for my needs and with a 130bhp powerplant, it goes on to 130mph and 0-60 in 8.7s (having air con on this Mk slows the 0-60 and top-speed time down because it has to have another belt to drive the air-con pump). Mine does not have air con but does have side impact beams, ABS, front-electric windows, rear head restraints, heated mirrors, driver's airbag, electric height adj (drivers only) and 3 rear 3-point seat belts.
The top speed in each gear is: 1st - 33mph 2nd - 50mph 3rd - 73mph 4th - 96mph 5th - 129mph ...
