I have owned a playstation 3 for a number of years now with a sixaxis controller. The controller is extreamly suffisticated as well as all of the normal buttons which are used for conventional gameplay it also contains a gyroscope which monitors its position and movements in six axis, clever hey. The sxiaxis motion control offers a new way to play games and makes things more interesting and more challenging. For example when playing a racing game with a friend and we get a little bored we may play a game where we just use the motion control which makes it alot more challenging and adds alot of amusement.
Some of the best games I have found to use with the sixaxis include Super Rub a Dub very entertaining no matter who you are.
As time goes on the use of the motion control wil get better and better and will include better refinement ...
Advantages: Sense Of Proffesionalism, Very Smooth, Great Grip and Control Disadvantages: Not Very Portable, As State Of The Art it comes at a high price
The Saitek X52 Pro Flight Control System is state of the art in flight control systems. As a frequent user of flight simulator the saitek X52 has made my flying even more enjoyable with the control smoothness and joystick re-centereing. In total the amount of different switches is 30, however as there are three mode settings you can have up to 90 button configurations. Installation is quick and simple, and runs as soon as connected via USB. In total with both the throttle and joystick there are 7 axis instead of the usual 3/4 on older joysticks. The metal material on both the throttle and joystick gives a sense of proffesionalism and the rubberised surface on the throttle and joystick handle give a good firm grip. I would recommend this to anyone who has a serious interest in flight simulation both civil and combat. Even though it ...
Advantages: Six-axis, light, wireless Disadvantages: no rumble pack
When you think of a games console you think heavy, uncomfortable and always getting tangled in wires. Well not the PS3 sixaxis controller.
The first point of interest is the wireless cabability of the controller. The controller uses bluetooth which allows a constant stream of information from the controller to the PS3 with no lag time. The second is because it is bluetooth the range of the controller is about 20m, you will never need this much length but it means there will be no-where in the room that you can't use it. The last point about bluetooth is that it does not need a direct connection therefore the contoller doesn't have to be in direct vie of the PS3.
The next point is that the controller is incredibly light but also very strong and will not break under any pressure from high stress games. The only bad thing about being ...
