Advantages: Come in convenient squeeze up tubes, low in fat, 100% fruit, Disadvantages: Too much packaging
In my opinion I haven't tasted a more delicious smoothie than Mackies smoothies!
On the health aspect they are 100% fruit so are absolutely healthy aswell and make refreshing snacks. They are also low fat, less than 0.5g each.
Flavours are: Blueberry and Raspberry (which has45 calories per smoothie) and my personal favourite Mango and Orange (which has 47 calories per smoothie).
They come ready to eat in squeeze up tubes. You could give them to your children or eat them all yourself without needing a spoon or cup.
I love these smoothies and I think they are a great snack or dessert in hot weather or even just on a normal day.
They are really nice frozen but also just as nice when they are not frozen. ...
Advantages: Linear, clear sound. No vents!!! Calibrating switches. Disadvantages: If anyone can find one... let me know please!
Calibrate your speaker according to your acoustic spatial properties.
If you have your monitors close to one wall, your bass frequencies will be boosted by 6dB... close to three (in the corners of the room) and it gets a 9dB boost. But that will not be a problem for your pair of Mackies because they have a switch for attenuation showing you exactly what to do. All you have to do is pick the diagram/picture that looks most like your set up.
* HR624's are sealed baffle near field monitors... this means there are no acoustic labyrinths or ports/vents. This is something you only get in more expensively engineered monitors due to the fact that this set up is pretty much the best after infinite baffle (when monitors are built into the walls). This kind of engineering provides a less steep Low cut off frequency roll off (less phase distortion ...

Ciao members have rated this review on average: very helpful Review of Mackie HR 624
Advantages: Excellent quality and very little if any background noise. Disadvantages: I would advise using a seperate bass speaker if these frequencies are being used.
The Mackie SRM-350 offers great quality sound, and performs excellently in live situations. I have used my set of these for many live situations, and the sound has always been absolutely brilliant. if you are looking for some good quality speakers at reasonable price these are what you want. as a single speaker this could be used to expand your's existing PA, or be used to monitor mono mixes. Weather in a live situation or being used just to monitor or listen to CDs or works in progress, they will produce excellent sound quality. This quality speaker from mackie produces excellent sound quality on vocals, and instruments alike. This speaker really stands out from the rest with an excellent live sound, and durable too, with a free gig bag making it even easier to transport. ...
The Mackie S215 loudspeaker is the perfect solution for those requiring the enhanced output and low-end response of a 15\ driver and solid birch wood enclosure, while retaining the portability and durability required by giging musicians. The Mackie S215's custom 15\" high-power LF driver (i.e. woofer) incorporates technology developed for EAW's large-format touring systems, and includes a 2.5-inch high-temperature voice coil for years of reliability. This LF driver is paired with a 1.75\" titanium diaphragm high-output compression driver mounted on an acoustically transparent exponential waveguide horn. This provides a wide, controlled 90 x 40 coverage pattern and precise reproduction of the critical 1000 Hz 20,000 Hz upper mid-range and high frequencies. The Mackie S215 enclosure is constructed using both 18mm multi-layer Baltic Birch plywood and pressure- injected structural resin, ensuring sound quality and durability beyond other offerings in this class of loudspeaker. PVC vinyl covering and an industrial-grade steel grille repel the slings and arrows dished out in typical live environments, again with far greater effectiveness than the typical \"rat fur\" covering and nylon grilles found on competitive models. A carrying handle is integrated into each side for easy loading and transport. Connecting and setting up the Mackie S215 is a breeze. It accepts a speaker-level signal via either a Neutrik Speakon connector or female 1/4-inch TS (Tip/Sleeve) connector, so now you don't have to remember to bring the right adaptors. Mackie S215 main features include: Precision Passive loudspeaker with transducer and crossover design by esteemed EAW engineering team Wide-dispersion, ultra-low distortion, high frequency horn Professional 18mm Baltic birch wood construction with pressure-injected structural resin Dual carry handles for easy loading and transport 350 watts long-term power handling; 1400 watts peak 1.75\" (44mm) titanium dome compression d"
