Macy's was the most wonderful department store i have ever been in and i could have stayed there all day! and spent all my money! i went to New York for the first time at New Year! the christmas decorations in the shop were amazing and we spent at least 2 hours there. The only negative thing was the lack of service. I waited about 1/2 hour, and after asking about 5 different members of staff before i managed to try some trainers on only to be told they have none in my size except the ones on display which they wouldn't let me have. Apart from that it was amazing. I recomend it to any one old or young. There are lifts and excalators and a vast range of products for all. You need to have lots of time spare thought because you need it! theres about 7 floors i think or more! it is also really cheap as well. i bought 2 dresses and a skirt for under £50 (although it was the sales when i went) i recommend going during the sales as many things are up to 75% off and are a total bargin!
