For a start, it's blisteringly fast. Absolutely blazing. I swear that I saw smoke coming out my modem. If speed isn't enough, the rest ... ...directly related to the design. Madasafish also holds the hands of new surfers, with a simple setup procedure and quality content oozing out of the site, including MP3's, a Tucows Mirror, up-to-date news and even a whole dedicated gaming website. Which helps to keep you informed about the game servers they lay on. Did I mention you can check your email by phone, and there are two numbers in case one is engaged?

You get unlimited email addresses and web space; although the web space really does have some nasty clauses on it, especially the rule which states the only images you upload must be directly related to the design. Madasafish also holds the hands of new surfers, with a simple setup procedure and quality content oozing out of the site, including MP3's, a Tucows Mirror, up-to-date news and even a whole dedicated gaming website. Which helps to keep you informed about the game servers they lay on. Did I mention you can check your email by phone, and there are two numbers in case one is engaged? So, it seems that Madasafish has it all. And then some. But there is one glaring flaw. It's only suitable for under-35's. Whilst the email address groovecat@madasafish.com might look cool to you, your older peers might not think so. Not an address to put on the CV.

Madasafish is a no-nonsense internet service provider, using local call charges to get online. Whilst the adverts all proclaim how fast and funky it is, with great connections all of the time, I'm warning you to be a little wary. I joined madasafish several months ago, and have had a lot of trouble with the connection. Whilst it is true I can connect everytime, sometimes the connection has been so slow, I have disconnected and used my other ISP instead. ...

...tone twice which compared to most ISP's is somthing special.
My only quarrel with Madasafish is that you have to be connected to their service to download your email, almost all the other services that i have used let you get the mail from any dial up that is available. ...

Advantages: easy to set up accounts, unlimited webspace Disadvantages: advertising on sites but it is the way you get those free accounts
...shall address connectivity. When using Madasafish I regularly get sppeds of 48000bps off a 56k external modem. This is, as far as I am concerned a very reasonable connection speed and out of the four accounts that I have only Demon is faster with a connection speed of 49300. A lot better connection than you get with the vast majority of pay accounts which is galling when you paying hard earned dosh for good connections. Customer service I can't comment ... ...friends that have I have got the impression that they were happy with the results.
Lastly user account webspace is unlimited providing all you budding web designers out there to display your wares. Best of all these accounts are free with advertising giving the company their turnover.

Advantages: Somedays your internet connection will work fine.......... Disadvantages: To expensive-unreliable slow connection.
Madasafish are now owned by PLUSNET, and you can tell, speeds have dropped off to a snails speed at peak times and you will suffer from being disconnected on a regular basis. If you decide to complain about the service they will flob you off with b/s,like it must be your modem or its your hardware, very strange when you consider one day the service will be okay and a day later its pants again,what utter rubbish to say its a hardware fault? Oh don't ... ...longer work? No one at Madasafish bothered to inform its customers of this matter, this shows total dis-reguard and contempt for a paying customer. Go to madasafish forum to see how bad this company is. I've cancelled my account with them today, and They will probadly cock that up as well, as many other people have found out to there annoyance. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I cannot believe the other posts saying this company is good perhaps 2 years ago ...

Advantages: good if you can install it Disadvantages: won't work on all versions of win95
I attempted to install Madasafish on my pc running windows 95 and I made such a hash of it that I had to reinstall my entire system. I am not a newbie and I thought I should have been able to install my new isp without any problems. At first the installation kept halting and I had to delete and restart it. Then I found that I had missing win95 system files. The conclusion I made from this experience was that Madasafish may not work as well on win95 ... ...with win98 and it appears to be an excellent service. If you still use win95, it doesn't mean you can't use this isp, just take care when you install or uninstall it and make sure that everything is correct. I still haven't found out exactly what caused the problem for me but I have a feeling that there could be a problem with Internet Explorer 5.5 which is included on the installation disc.Apparently some versions of win95 don't work well with this ...
