The juicer has its pros and cons.
The pros:As centrifugal juicers go it is extremely efficient at getting juice out of practically anything you throw at it and the motor is very good and will last a very long time.
This jucer comes with a citrus press attachment which sits on the main basket and works very well, but that is it. The only thing the booklet would tell you that is not easy to immediately figure out is try not to let the machine get too full whilst juicing as it causes it to vibrate. It is very easy to clean. The central basket pops out easily. Empty the contents, wash and reattach. Very straightforward.
The cons:Unlike many other centrifugals it doesn't spit out the pulp into any seperate basket, this means that the more you juice the more frequently you will need to empty the basket. A little bit annoying, but is really not a problem if you are looking to only juice about 2 decent sized glasses worth of juice in one go.
Really the biggest negative point is not specific to this juicer, it's more a problem with all centrifugal juicers - they just don't get as much juice and as much goodness (the vitamins and minerals in the juice) out of fruit and veg that other types of juicers do. If you are looking to take juicing up seriously I would advise you to look at masticating juicers. Be warned that you can expect to pay more than you would for a centirfugal but will be getting a better product. Try looking at the l'equip visor to start with- it's as easy as it gets to clean (cleaned and put away in a minute guareenteed) for starters... but only worthwhile if you're serious about juicing. Conclusion:
Overall it's a good juicer and a quality brand- better than any you would find on your average high-street, in my opinion one of the best centrifugal juicers you can possibly get in terms of build, ease of use, efficiency and reliability... but suffers from the fault of all centrifugal juicers- it just isn't as efficient as other types of juicers (but this isn't a problem unless you juce large quanities on a daily basis- you would never notice unless this was the case!) Definately as good a juicer as you're ever likely to get in this price range, and well worth the money.

I think this tries to be all things, and as such might not be the best at any. For a centrifugal juicer, I think the braun ones are great, easy to clean, and easy to use without chopping
