I purchased the pulse twin stroller in January 2008 as I was expecting my 3rd child in March 2008, I required the twin pushchair as I already had a 13 month old son. I was initially impressed by the design and look of this pushchair.
However, this was prior to my first encounter with the Mamas & Papas customer care muppet show. The pushchair has now been returned for repair three times due to mechanical failure. However, the ineptitude of the repair personnel pails into insignificance when compare to the arrogance, rudeness and shocking attitude of the members of staff lurking in the Mamas & Papas store.
Having spent over £200 on a product from a highly regarded store I would not have expected to have been made to feel a 'scrounger' when returning the product for repair yet again.
Due to my recent experience of mamas & Papas and their total lack of customer care I would whole heartedly recommend all mothers avoid Mamas & Papas like the plague. My advice would be GO TO MOTHERCARE.
