MandM Direct - Discounts & Voucher Codes

Heard alot about the m&m direct website from friends and family, wern't intrested at first until i were googling for Timberland shoes for my son for the upcoming winter weather, got very excited seing them at half the retail price so i rushed to ordering them, ordered a jacket for my partner too because that allowed me to qualify for free delivery as my order was over £60.....
However unfortunately, i waited for afew days and nothing turned up so i decided to check my emails as i recieved one saying the parcel had been dispatched form the warehouse on the 27th of september, The shock came to see that in the tracking details the item is showing as delivered and signed for on the 28th of September!! How could this be when i am the only person at home when my parters at work during the day, so rang customer services straight away they asked me to wait 24hrs while they trace the parcel with courier my Hermes and i shall recieve a call abck, I did not recieve any call back so rang myself to my Horror I was told the courier said he has deivered the item to my adderess and the customer has signed 'rbi'.
My usual my hermes delivery man who delivers my Next parcels and other catalougue orders is saying he has no idea it wasnt him as he hasn't recieved any m&m direct parcels to deliver recentely.
Now M&M direct is saying I will have to wait for a urecieved item Letter and sign that to confirm that i have not recieved aything before they can take my order query futher!!!! What are they trying to accuse me of Lying!!! i am so frustrated! why don't the company deliever the parcels using a Reliable Service!
In lost of £60 and now having to wait till i send back this confirmation in order to recieve a redelivery and if the weather gets bad im going to have to go elsewhere to look for boots for my son!
Don't know who to blame, M&M Direct for using such a Terrible Delivery Service or My Hermes for employing Unloyal Dishonest Delivery Couriers,

Had to write this review even though ive never written one before as it makes me feel better knowing that i have warned others about the appauling service ive recived so your not suprised if the same happens to you.
