I bought this GPS system from Ankaka.com. I was pretty happy with the whole process. I had read some not very favorable reviews, but for the price, I couldn't help myself. The shipping was faster than I thought it would be - that was a main complaint of a lot of people, slow shipping. I thought it was a reasonable amount of time. I've ordered from other sites and had it be a lot slower. Once I got it, I didn't have any trouble getting it all lined out. Ankaka.com gives lots of helpful info on their site and instructions were included. This is my first GPS, so I'm definitely a newbie. Overall, I think it's a worthwhile system . It gets me where I need to go and since I got such a great deal on it, I'm satisfied.
