Advantages: Unbreakable, small Disadvantages: Too light, hard to control
I got this one from my girlfriend as a present for something, since I was talking about RC helicopters quite for a while then. I will try to mention pro's & cons as briefly as i can:
PROS: Light, quick charge, small enough for indoor use, sufficient battery life (control), literally unbreakable, easy to modify (great fun!) - just add weights (pins) or sticky tape.
CONS: Too light to be used outdoors (wind), reacts too greatly to its own air waves (lowering to the ground shakes the Picooz), pretty hard to control, flying forward requires skill, noisy vibrations of the gear (appears in the middle of a speed range) impedes flight direction, precision of control changes gradually with battery discharging, no use of a LED light "for night time flight".
However, all in all it is fun toy to have, and if you are bothered by those cons ...
about the Lego Company is that they include easy following instructions for children and in addition to that there large and clear picture on the front of the box really helps the child too.
Assemble time is approximately 20 minutes and your child will have hours of fun with it.

What has my child just built
You know as a parent it?s so good to see your loved one follow instructions step by step and then have a Police Helicopter which is 18cms in length and making all sort of noises, the helicopter comes with its own police man who doubles up as a pilot. It?s just unfortunate that the helicopter does not make the siren noise as my son is always running about with the helicopter in his hands shouting ?NeeNaw NeeNaw?. The Disney Cars Dinoco Helicopter is part of the Disney Cars range and is made by Mattel. It retails at £20 from the disney shop but is often cheaper on the high street and internet, around £15. It comes part boxed so that the kids can mess with it on the shelf in the shops!
It was given to my four year old son as a gift and comes with a truck inside. The truck is the Mater character, a tow truck. At the end of the film Mater gets to ride in the Dinoco helicopter and this is where this toy originates from.
The main feature is the little grey button at the side of the helicopter door, when this is pushed the door flips down and Mater drops out saying phrases from the film. It doesn't sound like much but to a car mad four year old it's pretty good fun!
The helicopter is a good size for the price, its about 30cm long by 15cm ...
