We seem to acquire fish at an unhealthy rate, and although we already have a large fish tank, when another two additions to our family arrived, I decided to get another home. I am writing my review based on the Marina Mermaid Aquarium, My daughter is really big on ducks (which is her favourite) and fish obviously she cant have a pet duck so I decided it was time to get her some fish! So we went to "Pet's at Home" and looked at the fishes, what a task trying to get her away from them…it was worse than a tantrum. The marina mermaid kit is an ideal starter kit for any little girl who wants to keep fish. It is very appealing to young girls around my daughters age and is the reason we have ended up with one, my little girl fell in love with it the second she saw it in pets at home so we had to have it for her bedroom. This is a cold water set up so there is no heater included but if you wanted to keep tropical fish in this tank you could easily put a little heater in it and for the size of the tank it will only cost about £10 for a heater to heat the water.
