Mario Party 4 was probably the first game that I got for my Cube. It's got the perfect mix, in my eyes, of the graphics (they run smoothly and it's fairly simple, with the characters being just cartoony enough to appeal to a teenage audience with lots of big flashes and bangs and sparkles) and the different ways you can play it (from the 1-player story-mode in different degrees of difficulty to the party mode and mini-game challenges which also come in different levels of hardness) so that it takes a long time to become overly repetitive and boring. Effectively, you get a whole load of games in one package, just that they all use the same characters. So, because of that, the value for money is also good. It's one of those games that everyone should have.

Sorry to rate the way I have but the review was not helpful in making me understand why this is a 5 star product, and I don't think you really mentioned the key to this game - the board game layout. It's kind of embarrassing to say, but Mario Party is actually a franchise I don't mind. I played the first one, the fourth one and I think the fifth one. Definitly a childish, fun game.
