Two christmas's ago, i was lucky enough to have a Mark Hill twist and lift hairdryer bestowed upon me, after many a hint that i was in need of such an appliance, my boyfriend selected this one in particular, why? well he's a bloke so he probably picked the first one up off the shelf. Anyway, this hairdryer comes in a nicely designed large box, and sports: One twist and lift hairdryer 1 round hairbrush 4 rollers 4 hair grips The main novelty of this product is that rather than ordinarily drying your hair and rotating the dryer yourself (come on, what modern day gal on the go has time to do that ... more

This Christmas I got a RevoStyler Hair straightening brush, and I realised that in order to use this, I needed to buy myself a hair dryer, an appliance I have never really owned before! After looking through the Argos and Index catalogues in search of a hair dryer that would be able to cope with my thick, curly and long hair, I finally selected this one in. Why this one? Well the first reason I chose it was due to the excellent price as I bought this in the January sales and it was reduced from £29.99 to £14.50 in Argos and the other reason was because of it’s size, it caught my eye and ... more

I needed a new hair dryer when I was about 15 so my dad bought me one for christmas one year. He got me this hair dryer which came with lots of extra bits you don't tend to use that often. My Dad paid around £40 for this hair dryer set. The Extras:-------------------------------**Volumising clip on to dry your roots.**Smaller clip on for drying your hair straight. **Sectioning clips to dry your hair parts at a time.**Barrel hair brush.**Velcro rollers.I don't have any of these pieces anymore as I never found any of them useful. I have thick curly hair so the barrel curler got stuck in my hair ... more

Decided to hunt for a new dryer when mine starting making sounds like it was going to fire a piece of metal at me and so the hunt began... Started at Boots and after realising there was no way I was going to pay £40 for a dryer with 'the works' wandered to Powerhouse. Very limited selection but what a find this was, at just £14.98 (non sale) it was fantastic! A motor diffuser for when your feeling lazy or just too hung over, it gives your hair that added oomph, Not played with all the bits yet but love it so far didn't really get the 2 heat setting things, especially without reading manuals ... more
