    Entertaining some friends the other weekend, I had decided to cook a meal with a Thai theme. I had already decided I would cook the main course and dessert from scratch, however I felt I needed some inspiration with the starter. Help with this came in the form of these Thai Style Fish cakes with fragrant coconut & coriander and an acacia honey & ginger glaze, from the Marks & Spencer's cook fish range.
