...the morning I walk through Marks and Spencer’s food hall, so I usually manage to pick up something to drink at work. I like a lot of their fresh juice and usually try the orange juice and raspberry, but this is quite expensive so I wanted to try something a bit cheaper. In the refrigerated sandwich section I noticed cartons of juice and the pressed apple juice appealed to me the most.
This apple juice is part of Marks & Spencer’s food to go.. range. ... ...cost 50p and contains 190kj/45kcal per 100ml and there is just a trace of fat.
The packaging suggests that the juice is best served chilled and is shaken well before use.

...not pop into your local marks and spencers and spend just 50p on a 250ml bottle of the to go pressed apple juice! It tastes great and only has a trace of fat, so it won't be full of sugar and salt and other nasty additives, infact its extremely healthy and counts towards one portion of your 5 a day, to stop the risk of cancer in later life!
