I purchased some Marks and Spencers Highball Rum Pineapple and Lime alcopop cocktail last week to try something different and I have found it a great experience.

* PACKAGING, COST AND APPEARANCE *

In all M&S Stores where this is sold as it is Marks and Spencers made alcopop cocktail, this comes in a white slightly frosted bottle with a orange and green label saying HIGHBALL Rum, Pineapple and Lime and is sold in bottle quantities of 770ml.

All bottles of this Highball cost £3.49 per bottle in all Marks and Spencers nationwide.

HIGHBALL IS MADE AND PACKAGED EXCLUSIVELY BY MARKS AND SPENCER AND MADE IN Eire.

* TASTE AND COMPARISON TO SIMILAR ALCOPOPS AND COCKTAILS *

This alcopop is made from a combination of white rum, pineapple juice and lime juice to give it a unique rummy, sweet fruity taste which I greatly enjoy.

I have found this unique rummy, sweet fruity taste of pineapples and lime together with rum as an extremely great refresher served over several ice cubes in a cocktail glass or blended and served with ginger beer a tremendously good summer cooler to chill out with after a days work or study.

It is slightly carbonated as it is tighly sealed when bottled and packaged to keep it very fresh.

HIGHBALL is 5% vol so each 150ml gall contains 1.0 units of alcohol so you could get a bit tipsy with it if you dink too much of this alcopop.

Each 770ml bottle contains 3.9 units of alcohol.

In comparison to other alcopops like Malibu white rum and pineapple I have to say the Marks ans Spencers version is much more tastier and refreshing by a very long way.

* AVAILABILITY *

HIGHBALL Rum, Pineapple and Lime is available exclusively at all Marks and Spencers foodhalls in the UK.

* RECOMMENDATIONS *

From my experience of trying this new alcopop Marks and Spencer HIGHBALL Rum, Pineapple and Lime, I greatly recommend this for it's great rummy sweet fruity flavour and as a summer cooler. I must say it is one of the best alcopops I have tried. At £3.49 for a 770ml bottle I feel it is great value for money.

I hope you find this opinion very useful in your choice of alcopops and enjoy reading.

Thank you for reading.

Surely too much getting you a bit tipsy is a plus, no? Anyway sounds a bit nicer than the M&S pre-mixed White Russian I aquired a while back in a hamper... but not much nicer.
