Disadvantages quality of products on delivery
M&S is normally very high quality in my opinion but they let themselves down recently after I ordered a plant from their website as a thank you gift for my parents. The plant was unusual and I couldn't find it on other sites so for that M&S got brownie points. I also thought that M&S are generally great for quality and presentation which is another reason for choosing a nice thank you gift from there.
Unfortunately when the plant was delivered all the flowers had dried up and most had fallen off so it didn't have the big impact I was hoping when my parent's opened it up.I can only hope that the flowers will bloom again shortly so my parent's can enjoy the plant as I'd intended them to!
