PACKAGING
"The things that caught my eye about the packaging where"
The peel back lid in the centre which is similar to that of McCain microwave chips and the lid can be resealed. The inviting picture of a Mars bar which looks sort of like it has been cut in half and only half of it is being shown, "revealing all the ingredients inside" including the ice cream and the delicious caramel centre. On the cover it tells you that in the box there are four individually wrapped bars. The part written on top of the picture of the mars ice cream says that its made of "Real Dairy Ice Cream". I also noticed how well designed the box is and that the lid is "very easy" to open. The recognizable mars design that anyone who has ever tried their products will be well acquainted with. The message which says " Real dairy ice cream " and deliciously soft caramel, wrapped in a coating with milk chocolate - " the true taste of mars"

MY OPINION
I first tried these when my mum bought them in for a change from what she usually gets and i remember assuming that i would not like them because i do not like ordinary mars bars. These however surprised me. I like the packaging they come in, they are all wrapped individually and easy to open and with these you can, "most often" avoid the annoying inevitable thing that seems to happen with a lot of ice cream's and lolly's where they end breaking in half and drop on top of you or on to the floor before you even get to finish them.
I love that when you open the packaging you see a lot of chocolate first which is always good and that when you bite it there is just enough ice cream and caramel and the two flavors blend well making them very tasty and enjoyable to eat. The cardboard box they come in is quite thin in width and of a reasonably small length considering that there is four bars inside it. This makes it handy in that they will most likely fit in your fridge even if there is a lot inside it,
I think these are great for any time of the year, even though ice cream is usually most popular in summer time. I prefer these to ice lolly's in my opinion they are nicer and they are sort of a perfect balance in-between chocolate and ice cream. They cost my mum just £1 on offer in Tesco. I think its great that they are also free of artificial colours and flavours and the real diary ice cream they use tastes really nice. In my opinion its nicer than a lot of the alternative ice creams that are available.
My favourite part of these is the caramel inside them. I think there is quite a lot of this included inside. The packaging is nice and overall "my opinion is" that they are great for a treat and anyone who likes the Mars range of products will probably like these and even some people like myself who maybe don't like other Mars products might warm to these after trying them.
They are almost always on offer every time that i go to Tesco and are always reasonably priced. I mean how much more reasonable can you get? Four of these for £1.

Review of Mars Ice-Cream
Advantages: Dark chocolate delight, and retains all the delight the original mars has. Disadvantages: one is never enough, I do however posess an insatiable appetite for chocolate.
