I have been using the Mary Kay Customized Skin Care for around 6 months now. I bought the product 6 months ago in the hope that I would finally find something that won't hurt my face. I used several cheaper yet effective products for years but then I noted that my face easily felt hot when the weather was hot and humid. I realized that my skin in the face is thin. Yes, those products were effective but they just hurt my skin and it made me concerned because I'm scared of skin cancer and other skin problems on the face.
And so the decision to buy Mary Kay hit me when a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant visited my workplace. In my mind I thought that, well this product is expensive so it might just be effective. And Mary Kay did not disappoint me. I never felt my face being hot no matter how humid the climate or how sweaty I was. I have large and visible pores and they look finer with Mary Kay. I only used whitening products before but though the Mary Kay I'm using now are not intended to whiten the skin, I still have the confidence of having a beautiful face!
The set I bought 6 months ago are still half-way empty. The Beauty Consultant promised that I would empty the bottles only after 10 months and she's right. I think it might even reach a year before I have to buy another set, especially the moisturizer and freshener. Sad to say I didn't know how to use the cleanser properly, it was empty after 3-4 months. I'm planning to buy the whitening set next time I buy so for now I'm slowly saving money for it.
