Gay men have had to become more fussy about condom use these days. It goes without saying that an extra strong condom is needed, and this brand combines the necessary thickness and strenth without an irritating spermicide found (confusingly) on many "Extra Safe" brands. Although it is possible to pick up condoms and lube at many gay venues free of charge, I am happy to pay for a brand name for the peace of mind of assumed quality.
