the matrix films are fantastic and there are some thrilling scenes fullfilled with action that makes the film real although in real life people can’t be effectively used as batteries, it is visually stunning and the crisp graphics pull you in. they are original plots and at most are quite exciting apart from the bits where its just endless fighting with no other plot. the films though are quite like neo himself they started of strong but still died in the end, but for a portable collection aimed at the younger generation for being played on a psp it will also attract the young at heart perfect for on the bus but you must bring your headphones as the sound qaulity of the psp speakers are very poor outdoors. so for any one that likes science fiction with robots, alternate worlds, guns, lots of fighting and mass destruction of planet earth this would be THE ONE (no pun intended) the movie's most obvious similarities are to blade runner for its dark atmosphere and shadowy look and the terminator for its intellectual nucleus and the film dark city for its overall feel. all in all the first film is the best and worst matrix to avoid at all costs is the cartoon version.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sorry about the lower rating. But you need to add more information. A brief synopsis of each films plot would be a good start, listing the main actors, and how good a performance they give would help too. And stating where we can get it from and how much for.. Does the CGI look realistic, is it a film you can watch over and over??
