Matsui DVD125

Advantages: Easy to use, good value
Disadvantages: Stiff power button, machine too large

...Welcome to the DVD revolution, that was the message from my other half when I got my Matsui DVD125 as a Valentine's Day present. Not bad, all she got was a bunch of crappy flowers!. I wasn't desperate to join the revolution, I don't think I'd even made the appropriate noises about getting a DVD. I saw them (and still do) as a luxury item I can live without. The great thing is, that all those mates who have had a DVD for months, or years are so eager to loan you films to prove to you how great they are. To date, I must have watched a dozen or so films and only bought a couple - cheapskate!. The Matsui DVD125 is placed at the low / medium end of the market, priced at £140 - £150. (Yes I checked). Advantages: Relatively cheap, decent memory
Disadvantages: Unreliable, low quality of sound

...As with many products quality has a price tag, the Matsui 2GB doesn't meet the standards you would expect for a £25 MP3 Player. You can store 400+ plus songs on the player, but if you put more than 100 songs it becomes tempramental and often refuses to load and will stay on the load up screen forever. Or untill you plug back it back into your PC and remove half of the songs. The quality of sound produced is not as you would expect, even after buying high quality headphones the sound is muffled. It would be better to save your money and buy a slightly more expensive player for the trouble that this one causes All in all, i would not reccomend this player to anyone. Unless they wanted to be fustrated and annoyed by a small piece of electrical equipment... Read review

...The Matsui TV as other matsui products are very competitive on prices. They do not carry a great brand image as other companies. They are not unique in the features they offer...there is nothing amazing about them. But they do the Job well enough to satisfy the basic needs you want from them. The most important thing is...at the prices you get them -- they make a good deal. The TV is 30.59 inches wide, 20.95 inches, 18.43 inches, and weighs 73.63 lb. and the diagonal screen size is 28 inch. it also has a sleep timer installed. the TV gives best results when connected with the cable point. using an antenna will not give the same picture quality.
