Advantages prices competitive and customer service great.

Disadvantages some stock may take a while to arrive

After purchasing some glasses from this site (SmartBuyGlasses.ca) there were some problems with the stock and I was offered 3 options for rectification. 1)pick another set of glasses (with a 10% discount if I remember correctly), money back, or to wait for the stock to arrive.

After recieving the glasses of choice (Maui Jim Pilot glasses) I noticed a flaw (that got past qc). Their associate Médéric (as he is known to me) was very professional and had the manufacturer send me a pair of replacement lenses.

The product is every good, the price was competitive and the customer service was great, but S&H was a bit slow due to stock shortages, however as mentioned customer service was very quick to try and rectify the problem. Thank you Médéric.

    Sorry but that tells me nothing useful about the product you are supposed to be reviewing - Maui Jim Pilot Sunglasses - and all about your purchasing experience
