This one from Max Factor is one which I have been using now for a while and no reaction at all, well apart from 'are you wearing something different with your eye make up?' Now when my husband asks this question, it can only be a good reaction.
Seriously it does flatter your lashes and not in a clumpy or cloggy way, your lashes will be defined and without you having 'panda eyes' later in the day. The brush is a nice size and ... ...it really is a intensive black, not a wishy washy one. The other colour it comes in is brown.
If you are looking for a not too expensive mascara and one that does produce the effect of having lots of lashes without having to resort to false stick on lashes, this is the one. And 'panda eyes' no more.
This is also one to wear and not worry about crying whilst wearing it as it does not run or streak down your face more

I was impressed with the volume and length using this mascara better than the rest I have tried in the past

MaxFactorAquaLash is a waterproof mascara that I have used quite a lot since my eyes tend to water all the time. I got it from Boots and it cost £6.99. I use the black mascara because I think it looks better, but you can also get it in navy, but then it costs £7.77.
It is waterproof but sometimes if I have been swimming for instance my lashes look rather strange but they are still black. If you rub your eyes little bits of it will come off so it's not smudge proof. I have never had any eye problems from using it but I'm normally not allergic to make up.
I wear this mascara all the time and if you want thicker lashes you can add some extra layers. They don't really get much longer though.
I think this is a good mascara and I recommend everyone to buy it. ...

As for removing the mascara, it isn't too troublesome to remove and doesn't leave a nasty panda-eyed look for the morning after the night before!!
