I was given this product by a friend who didnt use hers any more. Max Factor is not a product that i can say that i use often: not for any particular reason, i have just never ventured from what i trust, but after using it for the first time threw out all my other powders. The powder is soft, easy to apply, and i use it with a make up sponge, and with this it seperates easy from the rest of the pressed powder, and provides a smooth, even coverage.
I was previously using maybelline dream powder, which was okay, but it had no staying power and just saw on the surface giving me a pastey and powdery complexion - not nice.
I use this as a top coat over a no.7 liquid foundation, to smoothe and finish my face before adding a bronzer for colour and it does exactly that. I have very visible pores and a lot of blackheads so that is a lot to say for a powder.
Creme puff provides an excellent coverage which stays on all day (depending on what you are doing...) and even smells nice too. It does not make me look pastey or powdery, and especially doesnt dry my face out.
I usually buy my Creme Puff from Boots (for clubcard points) and i think it costs around £4, however it lasts for ages so i dont recall how much i pay!
I highly recommend it for its value, quality, range of colours, and availability.
