The advert for this foundation showed a before and after photo of a model wearing the foundation, and the supposed results on the 'after' photo seemed a little too good to be true like on most adverts! However, when I saw an advert for a free sample, I though I'd give it a go. When i got the sample and tried a bit of the foundation I was amazed at the results and quickly went out to buy some. I found that although the foundation was quite light, it really did give a smooth complexion as it didn't seem to sink into all the little lumps and bumps and dimples on my face. It didn't even seem sink into the wrinkles under my eyes much like other foundations or concealers do. Other foundations have just changed the colour of my blemishes rather than actually smoothing them over. This means that the product is also idea for use as a concealer.
The texture of the foundation itself is quite light and quite creamy. It glides on really well as it is not too thick, and I found that you didn't need to use too much. The only disadvantage was that the packaging is quite awkward - the sponge is situated in a separate compartment on the other side of the compact so you have to flip it over and get the sponge out first and it seemed quite a lot of fiddling around before you get started. Also there is not a huge amount of foundation in each pack.
Overall though it is an excellent product, and it has convinced me to change from my normal brand. My complexion really did look brighter, smoother and more even after using it and it provides a good base for the rest of your make up.
