Max Spielman

I used to work for this company for over six months, and take this from someone who should know. Max Spielman is a joke, the service is appaling all your photos will normally be late. And whatever you do do not order anything from the Momentos range, because they rarely get anything right, and nine times out of ten they will be late on the delivery. I have been using Max Spielman for years now and always thought that the service they provided was excellent,such as great prices,amazing quality of prints and very helpful staff. I go into Max Spielman about once a month to get photos developed of my 2 year old son as i like to capture every smile and every funny thing he does. I will be using a different company in future as on a number of occasions i have picked my photographs up and they have not been developed properly,completely ruined or there are a lot missing so i have had to go back into the shop to get them redone or get them to ... more

Completely agree with previous reviewer as regards to service- i worked for Klick Photopoint which is the saame company. I thought the working conditions were very pressurized- you had to sell a certain amoutn of films/upgrades each day and if you didnt you had a line manager on the phone telling you you were pretty much rubbish at your job. this lead to us having to put pressure on the customers which often led to some members of staff developing a pushy attitude.
