Advantages: First of all, this particular protein bar packs a huge amount of protein for a bar, one of the highest amounts in any bars available. The bars are also surprisingly tasty, something that many bars lack in. The bars are an ideal alternative to powders, just as high in protein, yet much quicker and easier to have.
