This was the first 'mainstream' supplement I purchased after a small time gaining experience with cheaper brands. There were several key differences, first being the immediate effect it had on my workouts. I put this down to the creatine, but the protein content per serving (30g) is definitely high enough to cater for someone with specific requirements. The taste is ok, I've tried mostly every flavour and it goes down easily enough but can sometimes be slightly bitter, again something I put down to the creatine. As a convenience it cannot be faulted. The powder is not dusty and mixes instantly when added to water, something that is not always the case with cheaper brands. There is, of course, a price to be paid for such convenience, with prices topping £40 in some retail outlets. Online stores can usually sell it for around £32, less if you're buying in bulk. The price is fairly competitive with other all-in-one supplements of this nature, but as the tubs are fairly small you will be lucky if you can see out a fortnight without having to buy another. Expensive if you're looking to cycle it consistently. On my first cycle of this, a few years ago, I gained a good 12lbs in three weeks, whilst eating a very high calorie diet and stacking with Maximuscle Creatamax capsules. Of course, some of that weight will be water retention etc. but still excellent gains for someone hoping to gain muscle rapidly. The only problem being that I gained muscle so quickly I was left with quite a few stretch marks that are yet to fade. In my opinion, if convenience and results are what you are looking for, one of the best. If you can afford it.
