They are large to swallow - like a small car (well, not really) in size and a nasty brown colour. They have a strong and unpleasant smell when you first take the top off and they often get lodged in my gullett and I have to swallow a large vat of water (or a piece of bread and cheese or a Jacobs Cream ... .../>
I was feeling a bit low and lack lustre and the doc recommnded a good mulit vitamin and mineral so I got these to see if they make me feel any more full of life and vitality. I have only been takign them for just over a fortnight so probably too eary to say but I am sleeping a lot better (but I am also doing more exercise, so it could be that!).
There are 120 tablets in the jar and I take one a day and they contain 100% recommended ... more

They have a strong and unpleasant smell when you first take the top off and they often get lodged in my gullett and I have to swallow a large vat of water (or a piece of bread and cheese or a Jacobs Cream Cracker) to get the thing down.
I was feeling a bit low and lack lustre and the doc recommnded a good mulit vitamin and mineral so I got these to see if they make me feel any more full of life and vitality. I have only been takign them for just over a fortnight so probably too eary to say but I am sleeping a lot better (but I am also doing more exercise, so it could be that!).
