Advantages Seems to work, large content

Disadvantages Bad taste, high price, not guaranteed to work

i was always ensure on what product to use to put on weight as well as muscle. Im a fairly thin lad, go gym alot but only manage to put on strength, not weight and i wasnt gaining anything.

After trying most protein shakes, bars..you name it i had it, i decided to try Maximuscle. After a month or so off hard work and taking this three times a day, i could notice the difference. Then a mate referred me to Progain Extreme. After ordering some i decided to try this instead,

I cant say whether or not it will work for anyone else, but out of other products this one has worked for me the most.

The only bad points i can really mention is the price, which is high, and the flavour which most people tend to just push through.

But overall its worth a try!!
