I am Currently using Maximuscle Progain it does work but you have to put the work in, too many people think they can use this and do nothing and get the results there looking for. If your going to buy this product you to have a regime in place so you are actually gaining muscle otherwise you will only gain fat. For the best results mix with water not milk or orange so that it is drinkable and easy to digest.
Note. Do not buy the banana one because it tastes nothing like banana. You will be better of buying the chocolate or strawberry flavour.
