i took maximuscle progain muscle and size for over a year, it DOES work however it contains lots of calories which for pure muscle arent that helpful , compared to optimum nutrition whey which for one tastes nicer and secondly is less costly and finally it contains more protein and a better quality of whey , that will purely go into building muscle, this protein woulod be suitable for someone who doesnt need to lose any body fat and is only intrested in getting bigger , not necessarily toned , there is a lack of flavours as well , my personal favourite was the strawberry and this protein mixs in water and milk, however its very lumpy and doesnt dissolve as well as other powders and personally i would opt for other,cheaper more efficient powders and in conjuction with a weight training routine, muscle does build.
